2. What data we collect and why
We only collect data that you submit voluntarily:
- a) Contact form: first name, email address, message content. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
- b) "Engineering of Savings" newsletter: email address. Purpose: monthly newsletter on building energy efficiency. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in every message.
3. Cookies
adalio.eu uses only essential (strictly necessary) cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics.

4. How long we keep the data
- Contact-form data - up to 3 years from the last correspondence.
- Newsletter email addresses - until consent is withdrawn.

- erase the data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing of the data,

6. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be transferred to:
- email service providers (Resend, Inc.) - solely for sending messages through the contact form and the newsletter. Data is processed under a data-processing agreement.
- public authorities - if required by law.

We reserve the right to amend this policy. All changes will be published on this page with the current date. Continued use of the site after such changes are published constitutes acceptance.
