Terms of Service

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern the use of the website available at adalio.eu (the "Site").
  2. The owner and operator of the Site is Adalio Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Ciołkowskiego 17, 15-264 Białystok, Poland, VAT ID PL 848-18-18-183 ("Adalio").
  3. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§2. Scope of services

  1. The Site is informational and marketing in nature and presents Adalio's product and service portfolio.
  2. Through the Site you can:
    • review information about the IzolGlass and IzolPlus product lines,
    • submit a sales enquiry through the contact form,
    • subscribe to the "Engineering of Savings" newsletter.
  3. The Site is not an online shop. Orders and contracts are concluded directly with an Adalio representative.

§3. "Engineering of Savings" newsletter

  1. The newsletter is a free monthly email service covering building energy efficiency, thermal insulation, and energy savings.
  2. Subscription is voluntary and requires providing an email address and giving consent for its processing.
  3. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any message or by contacting Adalio at hello@adalio.pl.
  4. Adalio reserves the right to discontinue the newsletter with a 14-day notice to subscribers.

§4. Acceptable use

  1. You agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and good practice.
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • sending unlawful, offensive, or spam content through the contact form,
    • actions intended to destabilize the technical infrastructure of the Site,
    • copying and reproducing Site content without Adalio's consent.

§5. Intellectual property

  1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, photos, logos, product marks) is the property of Adalio or used under licence and is protected by copyright.
  2. The IzolGlass and IzolPlus product names are trademarks of Adalio.
  3. Any use of Site content without Adalio's written consent is prohibited.

§6. Liability

  1. Adalio takes all reasonable steps to keep the Site accurate and up to date but does not warrant complete technical correctness.
  2. Adalio is not liable for downtime caused by technical reasons or force majeure.
  3. Product parameters shown on the Site are indicative. Detailed technical specifications are available in product datasheets or from an Adalio representative.

§7. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to Polish courts.
  2. Adalio reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Site.
  3. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
