Thin-film thermal-insulating coatings with polymer and ceramic microspheres. Applied to render, masonry, sheet metal, roofing felt, and industrial installations.

IzolPlus is six products that combine thermal insulation with thermal reflection in a layer under one millimetre. Applied by certified crews to roofs, walls and industrial installations since 2009. Three paints plus a primer, a render and a technical compound:

Convection and conduction

Trapped gas or vacuum inside each microsphere eliminates air movement (thermos effect) and drastically lowers thermal conductivity. Measured coating λ: 0.00079 W/m·K.

Radiation (IR)

Dense microsphere packing creates a thermo-reflective barrier. Coating reflectance >90% in the infrared band; façade measurement: TSR 93.32% across 250-2,500 nm.

Twin building, 0.4 m brick wall, no insulation. After double-sided IzolPlus (Termo-Fasada outside + Termo-Wnętrze inside), wall U-value dropped from 0.491 to 0.22 W/m²K. Gas consumption reduction in 2013/2014 heating season: 15-25%.
